"We had the pleasure of working with Emily for both our wedding bands and my engagement ring, and were lucky enough to have met her in both the NY and SF office! I had very little idea of what I was looking for initially, and Emily helped guide us through all the questions we had, and made our diamond search easy by narrowing down our requirements based on what we cared about. It helped that she's a naturally warm and friendly person, making the whole process less intimidating. Emily was also incredibly patient with my indecision on ring design, mocking up several ring sketches for us and fine tuning. It honestly feels like a miracle that I wound up with a ring that feels very much me, when that felt impossible at the start (I wanted something low-profile, not too flashy, and no frills). Similarly for bands, we had a specific idea to add enamel shapes on the inside of our rings and Emily was able to execute that beautifully for us. Also... a ring inspired by pasta? I've never felt more seen. Their SF space is gorgeous to boot! I'd recommend Frank Darling to anyone who wants ring shopping to feel like a personal and meaningful experience."

"I am SO happy with my ring!!!!! We met in person at Frank Darling twice — once in NYC and another in San Francisco. Our NYC visit didn’t have what we asked to see unfortunately, but it gave us a better idea of what I really liked/didn’t like. When we met with Emmy in SF, everything went so smoothly! My top choice diamond was there and we were able to see the setting too! Later on I was able to wear the 3D models for a week so that I could determine my size. I did not see the completed ring until my fiancé proposed, and it is absolutely perfect! I look forward to visiting the office again and picking out wedding bands!"
