I live in a condo complex and each year we hire Octavio and his crew to clean the windows, screens and skylights of several homeowners, scheduling one after another. At this point, we are now up to scheduling 2 Saturdays each June, with at least 6 homes each day. Needless to say, their work speaks for itself, as our list keeps growing each year.
