"I brought in a pair of pants for an alteration, I dropped off the pants after a week, I went back to the to pick up the pants and they had not done anything with them, saying that they couldn’t help me, but never let me know. Very poor customer service, and very unfriendly"

"People beware! Never get your alterations done here! They deliberately botched the alteration. This lady will just fold your clothings and sew over it! The lady owner was also a POS!"

"Visited as the location works out for me and missed a few red flags - example there is no price posted online or in the store and the owner makes up his own prices while picking up! Dropped off everyday shirts and pants for wash and fold - their price at pick up was almost double the quote at drop off. I will avoid and take my business where the prices are transparent and honest !"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would! The owner basically just makes up his own prices for anything! It’s interesting that he does not have set prices. When I dropped off my clothes he said it would be $25, three days later when I came back to pick up my clothes he charge me a higher price! I do not recommend this place at all total rip off."
