"The technician was very polite explained everything to me so I know what he was going to be doing and what he recommended. He was in and out in about an hour and a half. He did good work. He cleaned up after himself. They will have to wait 3 weeks for my post to see if there's any feedback on the rugs if they are still clean but I believe they will be. They took one of my area rugs with them for special treatment. I seem to be pretty happy they've been around for years so keep up the good work and thank you P.S. WHEN YOU DROP OFF THE OTHER CARPET THAT'S WHAT I'M DOING A REVIEW AND SEE HOW THAT ONE TURNS OUT AGAIN THANK YOU"
