"They did not do as told. I asked them to cut 4 inches off of my skirt, and not touch the inner lining because its 6inches shorter than the rest of the skirt so the inner lining would still be shorter even if they cut 4" off my skirt. When I came to pick it up they told me they also cut the inner lining, without even texting or calling me to confirm if I want it like that. I also had the bra strap of my dress sewn, which something that would take less than 5 minutes to sew but somehow they overcharged me for it. When I dropped off the skirt and dress, I was quoted that it was only going to be $35 for everything but when I came to pick it up, the total was $50. I should've just came to another dry cleaners because this one does not have integrity. When I had my jeans altered in a other dry cleaners it was only $15. I don't know why and how the total came out to be $50 for such a simple task. Don't come here unless u want someone to steal your money."

"I would NOT use this dry cleaner. I took a vintage fur coat to the owner here and clearly advised I would like to have a slight repair done of the lining in the right arm. I also asked the owner if I could have the fur coat properly cleaned/prepared for seasonal storage. He advised both small alteration and cleaning could be done without any problems as this was a service done many times. He explained that the coat would be sent to a fur specialist off site that he uses but the alteration was a simple task easily done on site prior to being sent out for cleaning/conditioning. He seemed very confident his efforts would be satisfactory. I then asked how much he would charge, he replied about $100.00. I thought the price was a little low but his "about $100.00" allowed me to conclude that if it was $100.00 - $150.00 I was willing to pay this amount. I accepted his offer and left the coat to be repaired and cleaned. Mind you the repair was simply a seam that had broken open - no rips or fraying. It just needed to be stiched back together, Also since the coat was special to me I did research prior to this transaction and regular local patrons seemed satisfied the majority of the time. I waited about a month and finally I received a call telling me that my coat was ready for pick up. I went to the store and asked for my coat and how much do I owe you? An older asian woman helped me and said $250.00!!! ...WHAT?! I was in shock and told her the man told me when I dropped off the coat it would be "about $100.00" and to top it off once I took notice of the sleeve lining IT WAS NOT REPAIRED!! I was very upset and the lady only wanted to argue. Finally I advised I would make out a check for $150.00 and not a penny more! She said for $150.00 she made no profit. This excuse was ridiculous. I told her I wanted my coat and she was lucky I was giving her the check for $150.00. The audacity! Yeah I WOULD NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. It has since come to my attention they also "misplace" items frequently as well. I feel like they tried to soak me for extra $'s because I'm not a regular."

"I see Mrs. Kim regularly for dry cleaning my formal attire, but she went above and beyond when I spilled Indian food (bright orange Paneer) on a silk shirt. We both thought there was no chance it could be saved, but Mrs. Kim came to the rescue! Check out the attached photo, it's like new again!"

"They literally saved my life. Long story: I’m a German guy on a business trip to visit clients and colleagues. For some I wanted to bring beer and as a German, cans won’t do. So I packed 6 bottles (0,5 litres each), which never was a problem before. This time however my luggage was handled so roughly, that two broke. 1 Liter of German Beer (much darker and hence with more pigments than US beer and some of it from Bamberg with a smokey “aroma”) has been submerging my clothes since somewhere between Frankfurt and San Francisco. The bottles have been in two layers of plastic backs, but the crushed glass pierced through them. I googled reviews and Green & Fresh made a great no-nonsense impression in their responses. So I went there and the lady almost told me that I’m an idiot (she is too polite to actually do it) and I felt right at home (she was right after all and sounded like a mother). After two days I got my stuff (1 suit, 1 additional trousers, 4 t-shirts, 2 ties) back and almost everything is perfect. The ties seemed to have soaked up too much, but the visible parts are clean and the rest is done perfectly. I need this brand new suit, which I never wore, for a client meeting and a wedding in two days. My GF would have killed me, if clothes worth more than 1000 dollars would have been destroyed by my mistake. 78 dollars for cleaning well spend. So to come to conclusion: Green & Fresh saved my life :) See the pictures for proof."

"It's hard to get excited about a dry cleaners, but this place really is wonderful. On several occasions, I've brought in a pile of shirts needing them in just a few hours before hopping on a plane, and the nice people at One Hour Cleaners washed and pressed them and had them ready for me right on time. Once they even stayed 30 minutes late to meet me when I get tied up with something! Of course, they also do a very nice job with the cleaning itself. I am loyal to this place and will go back again and again."
