"This business is a scam!! I called to have my rug cleaned as my cat threw up on one corner and I couldn’t get some of the stain out. This “company” sent out someone from a completely different company who “cleaned” my 5x8 rug. I bought this rug in November and they completely ruined my rug! My rug was left in my house on the vinyl flooring soaking wet and soap residue still on it! It took over a week to dry and WARPED my rug and caused the flooring to peel!!! I called this company and was promised the manager would call back with a solution as I asked for a refund and for them to replace my rug and never received a call back. I followed up by emailing their form and their end is complete radio silence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL DESTROY YOUR RUG! Update: the man who came into my house was very unprofessional and rude. The moment I opened the door he walked straight into my house and was very intimidating. He even tracked dirt into my home with his muddy shoes! He claimed to clean rugs and carpets for seven years and after what I experienced I doubt this is the case."
