The owner has berated me twice now for wanting what I want. I asked him, since he is a goldsmith, if he'd be willing to make an adjustment, to which he responded that the only way to wear his jewelry is the way it was intended. I was taken aback by his lack of flexibility and even politeness. Clearly he does not need my business!"
