He was also very accommodating when I needed to change my appointment due to my traveling. I am very happy with the service and level of communication he provides."

"Beware of doing business with this company. They charged me for work they never did, messed up my garage door, lied about the services they would perform, and have repeatedly told me someone would email me to resolve my issues, but I have yet to receive a reply. I have been trying for over a month to get a response. I ended up having to hire another company who did the work for less than 1/3 of what I paid Terminix for the work they promised but never completed. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. If I could give zero stars I would."

"We have been customers for about 10 years and overall we have been very pleased with the service, with one exception. As a whole the technicians have been thoroughly professional, communicative and responsive. However, 3 months ago while neither I nor my husband was at home, my husband had to clean up the cobwebs the technician had overlooked. He called the Terminix office and complained, he was heard and was assured someone could return to our home and the job would be done right. He declined the offer as he had cleaned up the leftover cobwebs."
