"I dealt with this company to address some water damage we had in our home. I knew of this company after having some issues previous with some water damage to a new build project we were working on, and they worked with my contractor to deal with some issues. I didn't work with them directly before I asked them to help with some water damage that happened to our home. From the beginning I got a bad feeling about the way they approach business. I wasn't and still am not an expert in how you assess water damage, how you work with insurance....anything. They led all communication with my insurance company. What I later figured out is that they lie and deceive and falsify information given to the insurance company to get more work and money. They put me and my family and our home in danger by engaging in immoral and unethical business behavior that borderlines on criminal activity. It's too bad I only figured about this towards the end of the project when I started learning that all the stuff they said they would take care was falling short and I had to dig in to the reasons why. I'm left wondering if I should file a report with the police report and go to our insurance company and explain what I know. Ultimately they cost me more out of pocket costs, more headache and work that I don't ever wish on anyone. Now they are threatening to put a lien on my property because I am trying to resolve a financial situation with them. Absolutely crazy. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE."
