"Price is off... $220 paid for one set of stairs with no stains. Its like a switch bait. We were quoted $89 for steam cleaning for 24 steps for carpet that was not stained or heavily dirty. When the person arrives he quotes $180 for steam clean and an additional $40 for shampoo. I tried to call to see why the differential in pricing and the person hung up and didn't answer the phone again. The invoice says because they had to bring the cleaning up the stairs. It is a townhouse. If doing stairs they would have to bring the machine up correct? Also please check as it seems the other reviews may be a bot or something looks like all other reviews only had 1 review on their profile."
