"Their business model needs improvements on the most basic fundamentals. Any of their competitors have private lockers where people can leave their clothes for dry cleaning, etc and have a temporary code. Then picking up with the same code. Why would anyone leave an expensive pair of shoes or a $2,000 suit in a shared closet that anyone has access to. Would purpletie compensate me if it gets stolen? Complete waste of time working with this company until they take care of that."

"I was in love with Purple tie until they damaged three of my best sweaters. I told them about it, but got on a strange defensive mode. I truly felt that they did not have my back and provided all the excuses they could to not pay for their mistake. Their customer policy needs to be reviewed. My sweaters look very old now and had to give them away, I wore twice two of them. Not using them again."

"Reply to owner... They are parked in the middle of the lane. Trucks and cabs only on market street does not say that you can park your truck in the middle of a traffic lane. You should know what you are talking about before you try and protect your business and driver. This place has delivery drivers that park on market street in San Francisco right in the middle of a lane of traffic just so they can be in front of the Whitcomb Hotel where they are delivering to. Very disrespectful to drivers and to busses traveling on that street. The street provides parking just for deliveries but it's not right in front of the location."

"This place use to be great. In the last 6 months the service has gone downhill. They have lost my clothes and laundry bags. They have delivered clothes to me that are not mine. The last three times I have brought these issues to their attention they blame me for the problem. Not sure how them losing my bags are clothes are my fault. Still no replacement of my bags. If I could give them a zero I would. I will not use them ever again!! Stay away if you value your clothes"
