"I’ve been a customer of Sunny Town’s for 3 years, but I won’t be coming back to them. The quality of service is dropping and the prices are no longer transparent. They claim one price, but when you pick up, they claim another price without clear explanation (“it’s just more expensive” is all they said). I gave them a great review before, but I’m very disappointed."

"I recently went to get my dress alternated and I was disappointed by the way they did it. I asked for them to fix the front of my dress and the sleeves but they didn’t do much about it. The sleeves were too wide when I had asked them to make it more tighter so it would look like it fit. I had wasted my money just for the little effort put into it."

Original: Received a suit back with wrinkles and texture pressed into the fabric. After extensive steaming, I’m unable to remove the texture in the fabric. Make sure you check your suits when picking them up."
