"Absolutely amazing service from this company. I had an HVAC system installed by another company and I suspected that there might be a carbon monoxide leak. I called the company that originally installed the system and they said there was no leak and everything was fine. Fortunately, I called up Trio heating & air, and they found a crack in the heat exchanger, and they found that there was a high level of carbon monoxide being released into the house. "From the start, the introductory appointment to survey the situation was different than the three other companies I called. Pacific Air was the only one who had a man put on his white body suit covering from head to toe and a mask and actually see for himself the extend of the work that would be needed in the crawl space. He checked out the ducting that had been destroyed by rats and even saw a water leak. All the ducting had to be replaced. The register vents were disinfected as well. The team was made up of Milton, Jay, Lalo and Hector. The team leader, Milton explained to all the workers how they were going to proceed before they went into the crawl space. Very organized and they systematically got the work done. Even the team leader was down under and making sure everything was done correctly. What a nice and diligent team! I can highly recommend Pacific Air with no reservation. Thank you Pacific Air for a job well done!!"
