More importantly, they do a high quality job and are very committed to positive customer service. If you want, she will text you when your order is ready. Contrary to some previous reviews, I have only had very positive experience with alternations and to me, the prices are reasonable. I am sure it's been challenging for dry cleaners during the pandemic and working from home but this store is committed to customer satisfaction and quality service. Usually the clothes are finished in a couple of days but you can ask for one day service. Dry cleaning is done on site in the other family dry cleaning store."

"I don't usually write reviews (especially negative one) but this time I had to share since it was really terrible. I got a few new pairs of jeans which were a little too long for me so I tried this place for hemming. I expected they would do a decent job especially since they have very good reviews. It took a week to do the hemming. I noticed something was wrong as soon as I tried them out. I got uneven hem jeans!! It was pretty shocking since hemming should be a very basic skill for alterations. It shouldn't happen and I wonder if they don't double check their work. They obviously looked so wrong. They also had a bad finish, and there was a 5 inch thread sticking out. I brought them back, and after a lengthy discussion with the owner and staff, they agree to redo the jeans, adding another week. I was hoping they'd redo them properly this time, but faced another problem. The seam have not been sown properly, and a small part of the folded area has an opening (on two legs of the three pairs of jeans). I mentioned it to them when I inspected my jeans there. The owner said that's how it is supposed to be, and to come back if it starts to become loose. I checked my other jeans (unaltered) at home, and none of them had an opening like that. I don't wanna go back anymore since I'm already tired of going back and forth. And I might have yet another problem next time. They might do a nice job for cleaning, but for alterations I would not recommend this place."
