On the cleaning day, Alex called me to confirm all the details and the employee's name. The agent, Lina, came to my place in time with many cleaning supplies in the cart. She was very kind and friendly and followed all my suggestions regarding cleaning and caring for furniture and other home stuff. She performed an excellent job, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. After her work, the apartment was clean, fresh, and beamed.
