"I'd like to share my recent frustrating experience with Poly Clean Center for you to be aware of their unprofessional behavior and deceit. I've been their customer for 8 years and took a few clothes for dry cleaning after we returned from our vacation in Europe. I paid around $85 when I picked up my clothes (without inspecting them at the store) on 7 October. Upon inspection at home, I found two large stains on my cashmere top and saw that the cream color of my sweater has a greenish hue. It was obvious to me that something must have spilled on my top over in their cleaning plant. I took the sweater back to the shop to talk to the owner/manager. She was not there but called me later to say that her business is not taking responsibility for the spots because the sweater I'd left at their shop was not among the clothes they had cleaned. What offended me the most was her accusation that I must have switched the clean sweater with another one that had the two large spots."

"I have been coming here since 1987. This is a family owned business (second generation.) They do a fabulous job with all my linens and clothes. They are reasonably priced for the area. They treat their employees well, as part of this they do take a two week vacation (usually the first two weeks in August.) Because of this I have tried many different dry cleaning establishments, but I always return to Poly Clean."
