I was excited because they provided us 3 options and the pros and cons of each approach. They seem very knowledgeable. I asked to get a quote for each so It could also help me make a decision. A week passed and I followed up regarding the estimate, they told me it would be ready the next day. Two months have passed but I never ever heard from them. For me, that specialization makes a difference and I made sure to look up their CSLB license. I also looked up the usual yelp and BBB ratings, which convinced me to hire Mr. Attic. I feel comfortable recommending Mr. Attic to friends and family."
