"Bad service! I went to the store and picked up my order. When I entered the store, no one greeted me and no one asked if I needed any help like other stores. You know what I mean? Then I walked around to look at the items, waited for an employee to be free, and then I asked an employee if I could pick up my order. She pointed her finger at a girl who was paying for another customer and told me to wait until she was done and it would be my turn. Yeah it's finally my turn, it wouldn't have mattered if the girl with the ipad talked to me with disdain. She asked me if I had 2 items, I said no, I have 3 were the bracelets, a charm and a opener. She open the tiny bag which hold the bracelet and the charm, the charm was gold and you can she it bright into the silver bracelet but she still asked the manager like “is that have a charm into it?” The manager said “yeah you can open it and show her” I mean I see it I wasn’t blind. She asked me to show the ID but I didn’t bring it with me, but I have to SSN, my email and my account with the order history and bank statement to prove it’s me, me who order it just an hour ago. That lade was so rude, she again asked her manager that I come to pick up my order but my SSN and email show a different name. Can’t I use my nickname to pick up my order? I pay for it, but I have to prove that’s name was me or not. Whenever I asked the lady who held the ipad, she just asked that question back to the manager, what’s wrong with her? Was she a new person? Or my question was stupid for her to answer? I’m a big fan of pandora, but I usually order online because I don’t want to leave a negative feedback whenever I come to Stonetown Store. I used to pick up in another location in LA without any questions, quick and professional. No one asked me like why my pick up name was different to my real name on ID. I mean you have to really care about the service, we customers pay for the item we like but the reason make we be a loyalty customer is your service, and this location is not in my list, I came there 3 time, in different year but I have the same problem with the way you treat me!"
"The lady behind the counter was too lazy to clean my daughter's chain, after we purchased couple of items, said they are too busy, all you need to do is drop the chain in the jewelry cleaning machine for a few minutes. Looking now at the automated response, called the number, nobody knows what to do or why I'm calling, why are you providing this number? For what, unbelievable."
"I WOULD PUT ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Do not go to this location for anything unless you want to be met with BS excuses and attitude. I received a gift that I was looking to exchange, and the blonde lady sales lead who "helped" me claimed I could not exchange it even with my receipt. Because the item I was looking to exchange had issues with being scanned, they said they could not make exceptions and I would have to go to the original location the person brought the gift from and get it sorted out with the staff there. They questioned me if the person who got me the gift actually purchased it or exchanged the item with someone else. Like what? It made it even worse when the blonde lady and her coworker were becoming more agitated with me, I am glad that store was empty when this happened and rightfully so since no customer should be made to feel that way. Meanwhile, I go to the original Pandora location and they conduct the exchange with no questions asked. The Stonestown location clearly has incompetent and unprofessional individuals working for it, even the manager is a sorry excuse since she did not even come out to offer a valid explanation or put in the effort to work the situation out. Go here only if you enjoy your time being wasted!"
"Their service is good until you have to exchange something. We got Samantha and she wasn’t as helpful as we thought she can be. We wanted to change the size of the bracelet we got and said we can try pandora serramonte if they have it. (She could at least tried calling first before asking us to go directly there) so I asked if she can call and check so we don’t waste our time and she said she couldn’t reach them. She then recommended us to go to emeryville! She basically didn’t give us any solutions and I had to suggest any solution that she can try( like calling onsite manager and such) and then she said she was already going above and beyond with her efforts. Another sales rep came and offered to have it delivered to our home instead. That was the kind of service and solutions we were looking for instead of immediately directing us to another location or switching the style of bracelet. Anyway just don’t go to Samantha for help."
