"Friendly people but Philip absolutely destroyed my family airloom. I brought in a money clip with my parent's name and their wedding date inscribed. All I wanted is for it to be cleaned and revitalized. The entire surface was ruined. It turns out that it's not real silver so the coating was scratched off to the point where you can't read any of the lettering. He tried to fix it but made it worse. My parents wedding date, which is inscribed on the money clip, is my son's birth date as well. A beautiful momento wasted!"

I have an older Seiko UC-2000. even in its day finding a battery for this beast was problematic. You can imagine how delighted I was to discover our Pacifica Seiko dealer has more than one in stock. Not only do they have one in stock, they also guarantee their watch batteries they sell for one year of service in your watch. I won't hold Phillip to that guarantee for my Seiko computer watch as I already know it eats batteries faster than your average timepiece. But it's nice to know if the battery life is short that expected I can take it back to Jewels Forever for a free swap.
