"Don’t take anything of quality or value here. They are a laundromat only. They returned shirts scuffed and then shattered the buttons on my suit coat. They offered that maybe the suit was cheap, no, the buttons are mother of pearl and delicate, which is why you take it to a cleaner not a laundromat…After one month of it not being repaired, I took it back to go some place else to have the buttons replaced. Won’t be going back."

"I had 3 old jeans that I needed to have a few holes mended. I was told by the seamstress it would be $20 total and wasn't offered any immediate invoice. I picked them up today and was charged $60. I was not happy and told them that was not what I was quoted and they simply replied it was $20 each. I told them they weren't worth that much and got a blank look in return. Despite the quality work done, I'm not going back there again due to this experience."

"This is my go to spot for cleaning and alterations for years now. They do free pickups and deliveries and usually turn around clothing faster than estimated. I also bring all my items needing alterations and she does a great, top quality job. And they’re very sweet and friendly."

"The dry cleaning company that I have used for about 20 years closed down for their annual vacation. I always use Rockridge Royal Cleaners whenever my regular dry cleaner is not available. I hadn't been there in a few years until Tuesday, January 31st, 2023. I am a black man and I must say I was very impressed with their customer service this time around. They sent me a follow-up text message thanking me for choosing their business. I also appreciate the quickness with which they dry cleaned and pressed my jeans. They were supposed to be ready on Friday, but I was very pleased to get a second text message from them saying they were ready on Wednesday, the following day after I had brought them in. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a company that seems to appreciate your business. There was just a small misunderstanding about my jeans. They dry cleaned them but did not put creases in them, but it was no big problem and they were quick to say they would take care of it and I could pick them up the following day which would still be a day earlier than promised. It is businesses like this that I do not forget and I do not hesitate to spend my money with them when need be. Thank you very much."

"I am so sad. Got back several items from the dry cleaners and my skirts were safety-pinned to the hangers??? Instead of just hanging them in the anchor of the hanger or giving them back folded. Now my delicate silks have holes in them which will degrade them over time. The dry cleaning itself has been good and the prices are amazing but this just seems ill advised. If you are bringing skirts make sure to ask they don’t do this!"
