"Mr. Chopping talked a good plan, played the quintessential salesman act, appeared to be sweet and knowledgeable on the surface but in the end, it was all about maximizing his commissions. Hiring him was truly the worst financial decision I have ever made. He charges customers high fees to make financial decisions that may not be in his client’s best interest. I feel he didn’t understand my needs when I said I’d need the money in 3 years to buy a house. He put ALL the money in stocks, heavily on international companies, and was losing the principal. When I needed a few thousands of dollars he tried to convince me to borrow my money even though I had 350k in principal. Really? Pay interest on my own money? I couldn’t trust him anymore and transferred my money to Merry Lynch. And the minute he extracts the last penny of commission from the portfolio the relationship is severed and you'll be on your own trying to figure which random stranger has information on your account. I never received the 1099 form from Edward Jones, I went in person to get my account information from Mr. Chopping who refused to give it to me saying that once I transferred my account to Merry Lynch he no longer had any of my information. I explained that I needed the information so I could resolve the unreported issues I was having with the IRS, as I never got the 1099. He really made things difficult for me. It took several calls from my CPA and Merry Lynch to finally get him to send me the 1099. No wonder he didn’t want to give me my account information after I transferred my money, the form that I received was later amended and he sent the IRS the amended form, but not to me, so I had to pay three years of late taxes, penalty and interest rate for his mistake. He acted very unprofessional by just not handling my account information when asked. Believe it or not, when he finally sent my account information he mistakenly sent someone’s else account information (account number, name, address, value e.t.c.). So much for privacy...."

"Monica Bezy is amazing. She has me in some accounts that have high dividens. She has been helping us plan for 2 new additions to our family! This.includes taking the dividens as cash to help us with the cost of our new additions ( larger vehicles and lots of other things.) Edward Jones is a full service financial planning company and there are fees but unless you are doing a lot of research and really know what you are doing you will likely net more with someone proactivly looking after your accounts like Monica does. She is very available and constantly evaluating options. She does consider the impact of fees with transactions and does what is best for us. Highly recommend!"
