"Worst experience all around. It all started when my mom ordered a new engagement ring. It was sent off to be resized and they were supposed to notify her when it'd be ready for pick up. They never notified her. She had to call multiple times and the last time, they told her it had been ready 6 days ago. They gaslighted her and said they emailed her but they didn't. They sent the email right after our phone call. Once we got to the store, every single staff member was rude and unwelcoming. It took 2 ladies plus other stsff 30 min of walking up and down the stairs to find her ring because they couldn't find it. So unprofessional. They didn't offer us anything while we waited. My husband and I proceeded to ask a different staff if we could get our jewelry cleaned. The lady automatically said it'd be a 3 day wait but I told her at other stores they'd clean on the same day and it usually took less than 30 min. She asked to see which pieces we wanted cleaned and once we showed her, she said oh we can do it in 20 minutes, and that usually the silver jewelry takes 3 days. Which means she automatically assumed we wanted cheaper jewelry cleaned without even asking first. My mom then proceeded to try on some sunglasses and I found them online at a cheaper price. When she said that to the saleswoman the first thing she said was that it must be fake. I just cannot believe how rude they were. I never want to buy their items again. Seriously disgusting customer service. Do better."

"Always a pleasant experience here. The associate named Chris is my go-to person when he's there. Never have had anything negative about this store. Been to other Tiffany locations and had unpleasant experiences but never at the SF one!!"

"Our Tiffany & Co shopping experience was incredible. Our host Jackie was great! She made us feel special, was attentive and fun. There was no pressure but we understand the quality of Tiffany’s so we definitely went to buy. Jackie showed us many selections… when we returned to pick up our purchases we were treated to champagne and Tiffany’s Chocolates. Outstanding experience, they truly gave us a Tiffany’s renowned experience!"
