Finally I found El Sobrante Dry Cleaners, they were the local shop that came to my rescue. He altered my dress and even pressed it within 24 hours. Seriously the alterations were amazing, it fit in all the right places and exactly where I hoped. The owner was very empathetic and went over and beyond.
