"I dropped off 14 shirts to be laundered and dry cleaned. This was on a Wednesday morning at 10am pick up was for Friday evening at 5pm. A little before 5 I called to see if the shirts were ready. I was informed that they would be ready by 6pm. I arrived at 5:50pm and the shirts were ready 5 minutes later. That's why I gave them 3 stars."
