"If I can give them negative, I would. They would not admit their mistake. Mike Pruitt or someone from Title365 forgot the county deed document. He changed the purchase price of the home sale after I signed this PCOR document. I did not consent him to change anything in that form or he asked me about it. The act was illegal and fraud. He asked me to pay him to fix that mistake that Title365 Carlsbad made. My attorney will be seeing them in court."
