Despite a seemingly positive call, the complete lack of follow-up and unresponsiveness from their office has left me deeply disappointed. Based on this strange and negative encounter, I strongly discourage others from working with them. During the consultation, Amanda appeared knowledgeable and gave me confidence that she would provide the next steps required for my accounting needs. However, despite my efforts to reach out multiple times, I have received no response from anyone at Leiman & Associates. This lack of communication not only reflects poorly on their professionalism but also leaves clients feeling neglected and dissatisfied. The failure to uphold even the most basic expectation of timely and reliable communication has eroded my trust in Leiman & Associates. I cannot recommend their accounting services based on this experience.
