"Honest, friendly, reliable service. I am visiting from out of town. I called on a Thursday to ask if my suit and shirt could be dry cleaned and returned to me the same day. The man on the phone was honest enough to tell me no, they couldn't deliver same day service on a Thursday since they only dry clean on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Since I didn't need my suit until Saturday he guaranteed that it would be ready by 3 PM on Friday, and sure enough it was. Being honest and upfront with me about my order was shocking, you don't see that kind of service very often anymore. Thanks again for taking care of an out of town visitor!"
