"They are notorious for destroying buttons on the sleeve of your shirts and then saying shirt and buttons are cheap. A pattern from a previous shirt bled onto their press, and they pressed that pattern onto one of my solid Ralph Lauren suit shirts, and then tried to convince me that it was a patterned shirt previously and the shirt was cheap. They have now ruined two of my very good dress shirts, and somehow tend to try to deny any responsibility. They have also lost a customer."
