"I am sooo glad I saw this! Do companies that send our money to companies like Voya see the bad reviews or try to communicate with Voya? I was sent a letter about the HRA plan from Voya. I called to ask a question. The lady did NOT want to help me! She sounded like she was at home and she just wanted to stop "working" if that is what you call it. She didn't like that I wanted an answer, so she put me on hold and after 11 minutes, it hung up. I called back and another person gave me what might be the answer to my question, and I told her my experience and would like to speak with a supervisor. So, this was at 4:05 p.m. for the first call and 4:17 p.m. for the second call. Now, they always say the calls are being recorded to make sure there is good customer service right? LOL! So I asked about the recording to see who the first lady was and was told there wasn't a way to find out. Then she switched me over to a "supervisor" where the phone rang and then it hung up on me. The second lady tried to help and was apologetic but does that help the customers? I am going to talk to my employer. Now I know that will not change because of my one call, but guess what! The more people who talk to their employers about their unhappiness with unprofessional, unhelpful, lazy employees of Voya, then things might change. Then the first lady can go take her naps elsewhere. I get so tired of companies that do not have a way for customers to have good customer service or speak to someone that can help."

"I HATE VOYA FINANCIALS!! I've asked to request a withdrawal for the past 6 months but there always seems to be an unknown IT restriction. If this issue doesn't resolve soon, I will involve legal matters because this is ridiculous."

"I’m not sure whether it’s Voya or pension2 that is so complicated. All I wanted is to close my account and have a check sent. Here are the seven steps I have to go through. First I have to contact Voya. Then they have to send me a form. Then I have to sign it. Then I have to send it to first plan administrator. Then they have to OK it. Then they contact Voya with approval to send me my money. Seriously? I think this is going to take two months to finally get my money out. They brag about having no seas or commissions, and yet they take 0.25% of your annual balance! My financial manager takes 0.8%. And, I can give him a call to send me any of my money at any time. Not pleased. And very confused."

"voya is quite literally a nightmare to work with. they are absolutely terrible at handling important things such as folks' retirement funds. I definitely feel like they are probably stealing money from many of us."
