"They lost $2000 worth of my clothes for 3 weeks. I came back 4 times over 3 weeks helping them try to find them. It was preposterous. When I asked for a partial refund they said I was privileged and that they never guaranteed they wouldn’t lose items. So if you want to keep your clothes - do NOT go here"

"This is the only review I’ll write on google because this amazing business deserves to have more customers! I took in my stuffed animals to get patched up seamlessly, had dresses dry cleaned and returned spotless and in a timely manner, and service is always courteous and fast. I used this place for 3 years and never heard of anyone having any complaints. Parking nearby can be tricky and is extremely hard, but the 22 and 38/38R busses have stops right by, so it’s easily accessible. You don’t have to pay until you get your things picked up, but if you wanted to pay early, you could. The owner always waved to me when I walked down the street. I always tipped! Best place ever."

They’re so kind and attentive to detail. $8 to make the waist of jeans tighter, which is usually $20 at other places. $3 to sew clothing, which is usually $6 at other places. Go here and support this business!!"
