"Took my ring in for a cleaning after shopping at the grocery store in the same plaza. I’ve had my ring for over 20 years. Joe was able to give it a cleaning and inspection. Come to find out that my prongs were extremely worn and that 1 of the prongs had actually broken off. Joe was able to show me with a loupe the repairs that needed to be done, and the estimate for repairs were extremely reasonable! I was able to get by ring back in as little as a week! I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and was amazed at how well my ring looked. They gave it a polish after fixing my prongs and it looks like brand new!"

"Purchased my second watch from Brian here, because the first experience was so expertly and professionally handled. I purchased an Omega Speedmaster Racing (white dial), which Brian went to extra lengths to expedite, and it arrived on time. It is a beautiful watch, and pictures do not do justice to it. My first watch was an Omega Planet Ocean (black dial). In both transactions, I was given a fair price, and allowed to come in as many times as I needed to try on watches in order to make my decisions.
