"We were fixing up the front room of the house and realized the carpet was in dire need of a deep clean after 12+ years of living there. We are getting new furniture delivered, so we needed a same day appointment. We were able to get booked right away! We decided to do two rooms and a hallway since it had been so long since it was last cleaned professionally. After the cleaning, the carpets looked brand new and all of the stains were removed. Honestly, we didn't expect the carpets to be able to be recovered the way they were after all this time, and it was an amazing surprise. The person they sent over was professional, friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation. Will definitely use their services again in the future!"

"Do NOT recommend. We have a cream, textured leather sectional (2 years old.) The service man was very pleasant and cleaned several times after we pointed out dirty areas. I grabbed a baby wipe and cleaned dirt off my couch after he was done. Almost $500 for something my kids could’ve done. When collecting payment I expressed my concerns and how unsatisfied I was with their service. I offered to pay my invoice if they would come back and clean it again. They sent two men and one was the same man. And they wanted to charge me. They left without cleaning my sofa. Extremely disappointed in service and technique. FYI, They use a foam cleaner we can buy off Amazon."
