"Ho Boy Where do I start. It took exactly 2 months from the time I took my paper work for it to be finished. Between the staff and the actual CPA person I don't know who is more full of them self. Front staff (receptionist) specially a young one who lied to me constantly every time I call to find out the status of my tax) Whenever I called she will say some one will get back to you today, I will get back to you by the end of the day ect.. 2 months later the CPA Todd Seibert Call me to tell me that my paperwork was ready and to come into the office. When I got to the office I was received by one of the secretaries upon examining the paperwork I told her that the bank account was missing 3 digits, she proceeded to write down the right account number and assure me that it will be corrected prior to submission. One week later upon checking the status of my refund I find out the IRS and Franchise tax board had already send it but in my account was not reflected. They submitted the paperwork without correcting the bank account number. Now I have to wait 16 to 22 weeks before I can get a check mailed out to me. I call Todd and with no remorse or regard he simply stated that the paper work was submitted without correcting the account. No Accountability no so sorry this happen. That's all so if you ever want to have your taxes matters messed up by a professional go to Brood and Seibert By all means they are the ones to hire when you want it done in a sloppy matter."
