"Carlos and his team are fantastic. He is kind, professional, and does a good job. I told him my house was already clean, and I just wanted a touch-up. He and his partner came and outdid themselves. They even cleaned a bedroom I did pay for! I had to tell them, "That's enough; you guys are too much." They were honest, and when I did my white-glove inspection, everything was in order. I noticed Carlos did not touch a piece of furniture with a lot of trinkets on it, and before I could even mention it, he said, "I did not do that area, too many small things." Which was admirable for his honesty and also for the fact that he was correct, trying to clean those trinkets is a whole other project.
