Zerorez

"I've used Zerorez in Orange County and Nevada with excellent results. I hired Zerorez of the North Bay in March of 2022 to clean the carpets in my mom's new rebuild after the Tubbs Fire. (She had been living in the house for two years). The carpets were not cleaned well. There were spots and overall dirt left in front of one of the beds and in front of the sofa and two accent chairs in the living room. I emailed the owner, Enrique "Rick", and he said he would reclean those areas. After months of delays with excuses -- his truck didn't work, he needed to wait for it to be repaired, etc. Finally, when I contacted him again in August, he said that he'd called my mom but "nobody answered." Since I've been the one he'd been emailing for months, I asked him why I wasn't notified that he couldn't contact my mom. No response. Zerorez of the North Bay does shoddy work and is unprofessional and dishonest when dealing with customers. I do not recommend them."
