"This is a truly lovely place, and I can't thank the folks in the shop enough for their thoughtfulness! On a recent vacation visit to Healdsburg, I stopped in to the shop after it was recommended to me highly. I loved many of their pieces and purchased a ring and earrings. I wore the ring every day after vacation, because it's a beautiful, versatile staple piece - the perfect extra touch to complement most occasions. I was really heartbroken when I lost it, and fully intended to re-purchase it (along with other pieces!) from falling for dainty's website. I called the shop to see if I could figure out my ring size, and not only did the person I was speaking with look up my purchase from weeks before to make sure she gave me the right info, she let me know that the shop would generously simply replace the ring I lost, because it was clear it meant so much to me. I ordered several other lovely pieces, and when the package arrived today, the replacement for the original ring was indeed included at no additional cost. thank you so much! it really means so much to have that piece back as a memento of a very special trip. thank you for your kindness!"
