Dare to seek explanations, leave alone ask questions, and you will be verbally abused, leaving you confused as to who really owns the spa and who is paying for its service! IF you don't mind being treated rudely, and being verbally abused, I have to say Raimundo is quite competent and capable of repairing the spa himself. Just get thick skinned before hiring him."
