"Steve at Air Rite has done several projects for me over the last few years. They installed a central HVAC in a rental I had, and that worked out really well and was also the best price I found. Then, they installed a mini split system for me in a little cottage I had, and that also ended up working really nicely, and the price was very reasonable. Now, in November 2017, they are doing a new HVAC system for my whole house. The old system was installed rather poorly, and the attic space is really tight. A couple of guys I called would not even give me a bid. Steve at Air Rite ended up coming up with a great idea and now we have a 2 stage heat pump and retained the gas furnace which had been recently replaced by the previous owners. It was already high efficiency, so it didn't make sense to throw it away, and Steve figured out a good way to connect it up to a new heat pump system, so now we have a super efficient heating and cooling system. And they also had the best price for the quality of the system being offered. To top it off, the crew from Air Rite are really great guys and because I am a Mechanical Engineer, I keep a close eye on how they do everything.... and they did an excellent job on the installation... really caring about getting the details right. That is so important because if you read online about reliability of HVAC equipment, you will see that most of the time problems are not really due to the equipment, but are actually due to improper installation details. I highly recommend Air Rite!"
