"The accountant was very good. My only complaint is this. They didn’t tell me about a consultation fee when I set my appointment. Or when I showed up prior to speaking with the accountant. Their website and flyers on their desk said their consultation is free. But after the consultation the lady at the front ran after me and said I needed to pay $199 for my consultation. I shower her their flyer on the counter and website. And she said they must not be updated. This is a shady business to advertise free consultation then demand payment only after consultation happened. I can’t trust a place to do my taxes or handle my business financials if they can’t properly disclose basic financial information."
