"I did my laundry here yesterday and it wouldn’t take my coins so the owner unscrewed part of the machine while my clothes were spinning in the dryer. When I came back my clothes had been swallowed in and ruined. I’ve lost most of my socks and underwear and there was no one to help or pick up the phone. My shirt is ruined but I’d love to get back any other pieces that are stuck in the dryer that I couldn’t get too if they’re not all broken. Please get back to me"
"Was the worst experience. Had rude workers yell at me to leave cause it was closing time but the washer had broke right in the middle of my clothes washing and the worker had told my husband oh well that sucks I don’t know what you want me to do about it. So next time I will not be going there to wash my clothes or put my word out to anyone that they should go there"
