"I have to use this place, no other option, but every time I just grit my teeth and put up with awful conditions. Last time I was there the drains were plugged and there was nasty smelly water all over the floor. The manager was mopping up, but he failed miserably until a customer took over! He was mopping with the dirty water instead of using clean hot water and he could only handle a few minutes before he had to sit down and nod out. He’s elderly, probably has health problems but can’t be expected to actually function. I want the owners to know that this is a necessary service and they need to step up and do better for the community!"
