"Called back for a better Business Consultant match. No reply. Update response May 16, 2023: Hello. Per my review I CALLED back I didn’t send an email requesting a better match. I left a voice message stating what I wanted. Your understanding is correct. I did reach back out to you all after thinking and doing research about what I wanted to do moving forward. And that was. I wanted to try working with another consultant. The one star is because I did not get a response until. Well, now. The one star was not for the mismatch. Sometimes people connect and sometimes they don’t. It’s just that simple. Unfortunately it took over 14 days for a response. It’s also unfortunate it took an email from Google asking me for a review of my experience with your company to get a response from you. So again. Jimmy and I did not connect. That is okay. You win some you lose some. The reason for the one star is for the no/slow response requesting a new consultant. Communication is vital. I would suggest not advertise a phone number on your site if you only want communication via email."
