"I am sorely disappointed with the quality and professionalism of this business. I appreciated that they could make the appointment within 4 days of my call, but otherwise they were lousy. We had 2 small rooms and a 10 foot hallway that they “cleaned.” The cleaner dragged his equipment over the new porch paint despite being told the paint was fairly fresh and could he use the side door instead. At the very least he could have been more careful. The carpets don’t look clean which is appalling since they are only 4 years old and been used by 2 adults all those years. Regular wear and tear is all they’ve seen. He complained that our carpet was wool even though I’d told them it was when I made the appointment. Having a wool carpet shouldn’t mean don’t try to clean it! The cleaner was at the house less than 40 minutes and billed us $180! I’ve had many carpets cleaned over the years and this is the worst job I’ve ever seen. 3 thumbs down."
