"The owner of this company turned down work. He said one room just needed to be vacuumed which I wanted to be cleanEd. He left my rug squishy wet and it took two Days to dry and was left with six or eight large brown spots. I called up and he claimed animal urine. I know what that smells like in my cat never ever even uses a cat box. She only goes outside. So I had to buy some stain remover and with hot water I was able to remove the stains. Then he charge me $150 for essentially leave me With the worst job I’ve ever had done on carpet cleaning in my 40 years of owning homes."
