"Brought two rugs for In Shop Area Rug Cleaning, a 6x9 and a wool 8x11. We unrolled them in the driveway for inspection. Micheal said no problem and walked of to let Maria finish the paperwork and collect payment. When I came to pick up the rugs they all rolled up nice and neat and straight. Excited to take them home and roll them out. When I got home and unrolled the rugs the 6x9 looked acceptable. The 8x11 however was completely damaged and now a light shade of brown instead of white and the colored designs had run. Three spots on the rug had a completely different texture, looked like they were over scrubbed. Michael stated it was nothing he did. He refunded my money for cleaning the 8x11, but refused to pay for the damaged area rug. I took the area rug to a restoration shop in Santa Rosa that informed me that it would be good for a garage rug."
