"I had questions regarding the capital gains taxes that would be due on the sale of a home that had been gifted to me years ago. An internet search brought me to Stan. He took the time to discuss my situation and answer all of my questions, even though I was not a current customer. He was more than helpful and professional, at one point telling me he wanted to check another source to make sure he was providing the correct information. He called back within a few minutes after having verified the information. He then graciously provided me with the next steps needed to calculate the basis for the capital gains. Stan was the second CPA I called. The first one requested I come to the office, bring any and all documentation I could find from 30 years ago and charge me $175.00 for half and hour. This was just to answer a few questions. Stan did this over the phone, at no cost. I will be going back to him to have my taxes done, and highly recommend him."
