"Waited on the phone while it rang for 15 minutes straight. Went to pick something up at curbside pick up and the lady was SO RUDE because I ordered it under my husband's name. It didn't matter that it was my card number, my phone number, I had the order number, but just because it was his name she was so rude about me picking it up. Said she would let me off with a "one time warning." I'm 9 months pregnant just trying to get through and pick things up. I tried to stay so sweet to her but she was not having it. BTW I was trying to change the pick up person to my name when I was waiting on hold for 15 minute... going to Lowe's next time..."
