They refused to explain the basis of their confusing and bare-bones billings, insisting in an obnoxious way that I would have to figure it out for myself or they would send the account to Collections. Both "Rosa" and Rebecca Meyer acted like it was too difficult for them to even explain what services were provided, when, how they were already reimbursed by the insurance company and how they calculate what remains allegedly owed. This office is poorly run by mean people and I would advise all to stay away."
