"His Associate Dr. Burkehart kept me waiting long after I had arrived. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment and after nearly 1.5 hrs I left because I heard him go off to discuss his schedule with the office manager. That chomp appointment that came up could have been discussed at another time. Also, Teresa in the office should not be displaying her anxiety when there are patients around. She was stressing about not knowing if an employee was coming in or where certain supplies were kept and things like that. I think that her anxiety triggered mine, and that’s why I did not have the patience for a lack of professionalism. Although I should mention the young girl working behind the desk with a long, healthy here. Was very kind and professional, as well as the employee who dilated my eyes."

"Dr. Del Piero is a pro. I had my second evaluation there before getting laser eye surgery(photocoagulation). You can tell how much of an Elite eye doctor he is by the way he handles your eye. He's got the precision of a professional artist sculpting a statue. The procedure took no more than 10 minutes. The office staff was also very nice."
