"I saw the posting that if I was referred by a friend and opened an account I could get up to $1000 bonus. When I opened an account in Dec 2022 in this branch, I asked the representative if I could get the bonus by using my LLC name. The representative(a young lady) at front desk said YES . So I filled out the referral code in the application form. I supposed to get the $500 bonus 45 days after I deposit the fund. But I called several times and been hold for long times and transferred to different departments and been asked to call different numbers, Never received any bonus. Finally I received an email said I'm not eligible to the bonus because my account is under the LLC name. Although $500 is not a big money to both Schwab and me, it is the promise from Schwab. This is not the right way to do the business!"

"I own my brokerage accounts at Td Ameritrade. Shouldn’t Td Ameritrade remove closed locations which have been shut down from their websites? I went there, physically paid for the parking and then discovered that the location was closed."

"We've been a client of Schwab for 15 years and we have over a million in passive management. This branch is absolutely the worst. We have been: 1. Berated by a representative for a mistake they made 2. turned away after showing up for an appointment 3. Left on hold repeatedly 4. Most recently (today) spent almost 1 hour trying to get an actual human being to answer the phone after 11am on a Tuesday. I like Schwab online and I like their platform but they need to clean house in this office."

"Horrible brokerage branch. I recently went in to this Walnut Creek location and requested a check, and still haven’t received it. That’s was a week and a half ago. Also, I never received any update about it which makes me question how professional there workers are. I called the branch again and questioned them why it’s taking so long to get my check sent, and they told me I filed my papers incorrectly. I literally filled out whatever the white male Charles Schwab worker told me to do. There workers don’t know what there doing, and are poorly trained. Only good thing I have to say about this place is the free coffee. Please save yourself time and do not go to this horribly ran store. The workers are idiots!!!!!"

"Nice to visit an actual location when you need to quickly get something done (deposit your yearly IRA contribution). Big branch. Self-help Keurig Coffee and Tea Bar. Friendly front desk staff. Great to see Saturday branch hours now in case I cannot make it in during the work week. Only con - there are less than 10 designated Charles Schwab parking spots so finding a free parking space in the shared lot with Habitat Burgers can be challenging depending on the time of day."
